Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At BTG Training, we aim for complete client satisfaction. However, as our programs involve resource planning and seat reservation, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. Training & Workshops

• All confirmed registrations are non-refundable unless canceled by BTG.
• Participants can request rescheduling to another batch (subject to availability).
• If BTG cancels or postpones a session, a full refund or credit transfer will be provided.

3. Online Courses

Refunds are not applicable once digital materials or access credentials have been shared or accessed.

4. Corporate or School Programs

• Cancellation >14 days before start: 75% refund.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellation <7 days before: No refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
