Smitha Paul is the Founder and CEO of BTG Education Consultancy & Training Services, where she leads a mission-driven team committed to empowering learners and professionals through inclusive education, wellbeing initiatives, and skills development.
With over two decades of experience across both academic and corporate domains, Smitha brings a unique blend of expertise to her work. She has held corporate roles at Prudential UK Insurance, Goldshield Pharmaceuticals, Embibe (EdTech), and Global Telesystems, and served as Head of Inclusion at a leading educational institution in the UAE.

Dr. Sara Thomas is a seasoned leadership coach and business consultant with over 27 years of cross-industry experience spanning healthcare, aesthetics, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals across the MENA region. With a background in dentistry and an MBA in International Business, she specializes in leadership development, financial acumen for non-finance professionals, operational excellence, and strategic sales enablement.
Having served in senior leadership roles at organizations like Kalium, Hologic, Aramed and Centric Compounding, and currently consulting with Career Athena, and Project Management Services, she brings a practical, real-world approach to every training. Tripti Chapper
Tripti Chapper is an accomplished psychometrician with deep expertise in talent assessment, career counselling, and training. With a background in psychology and communications, she specializes in designing data-driven psychometric tools that enhance recruitment and team development across corporate and educational sectors.
Tripti has independently led training initiatives for organizations like ICAI, TCS e-Serve, and Career Launcher, as well as numerous schools, delivering impactful sessions for students, parents, and professionals alike. Her ability to translate complex behavioral data into actionable insights makes her a trusted advisor in hiring, coaching, and performance optimization.

Jennifer Amaka

She is a passionate Behaviour and Education Interventionist, specializing in supporting children with autism, developmental delays, and diverse learning needs. With a strong foundation in applied behaviour analysis and early childhood education, she designs tailored learning programs that bridge behavioural growth with academic development.
Jennifer has worked extensively in early intervention and school-based settings, creating structured environments through visual supports, behavior strategies, and collaborative planning. Her empathetic, structured, and creative approach ensures every child feels supported, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Certified in ABA, SEND, RBT, and Occupational Therapy Fundamentals, Jennifer brings both compassion and expertise to every interaction, partnering with parents, teachers, and therapists to build inclusive, effective learning journeys.
